How You Will Help Us
We are looking for our People Operations Human Resources Specialist to safeguard our culture and care for our people. We desire a skilled person who will recruit, support, and grow talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for all Human Resources and People Operations administrative tasks within our organization, and you will contribute to making the company a better place to work. You will exercise extreme ownership of your role and those you support. This includes recruiting, our leadership team, and inquiries posed by the entire WireNut team.
What You’ll Do
Leadership / Extreme Ownership / Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems such that the fundamentals are performed with excellence, allowing us to focus on People Operations
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist and advise in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain a high-level of integrity and confidentiality
Provide radically candid constructive feedback to any individual within the organization from our newest hire through the President
Experience You’ll Need
Highly experienced in HR and POPs, able to advise the leadership team on how to appropriately navigate personnel issues
Leadership experience, with proven professional application
Strong organizational skills, people skills, decision making skills and strategic planning skills
Must possess strong attention to detail
Exceptional clerical and organizational skills
Computer competency including Office 365, and the ability to learn new software swiftly
Must be able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to provide feedback in a professional manner
Ability to work effectively with the pressures of a dynamic environment while still producing high quality results
Ability to adapt and demonstrate resilience in a variety of situations
Ability to identify and resolve issues, establish priorities, and lead to achieve desired objectives
A degree in Human Resource Management OR equivalent experience is preferred but not required
Ability to pass background check and state illegal drug screening
Job Type: Part-time with the ability to grow
Compensation: $28-33/hr
