This recruiting position works full-time and earns a competitive salary of $50,000 – $70,000/year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECRUITING/ TALENT SPECIALIST
As a Recruiting / Talent Specialist, you are vital to our recruiting department. You provide the necessary skills we need with recruiting and other talent acquisitions. We have had exponential growth within our company, and we need you to ensure that we are truly recruiting and retaining the best. You provide creative ways to network within the community and are able to find those who are a great fit for us. You would also coordinate interviews and screen applicants, ensuring all our processes are done correctly and in a timely manner. You feel good about finding and recruiting the best team of people for our business!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RECRUITING/ TALENT SPECIALIST
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
Basic computer skills
Previous recruiting experience is ideal but not required
Are you someone with a can-do attitude? Do you genuinely care about others? Can you listen well and be teachable? Are you enthusiastic and team-oriented? Do you have excellent communication skills?
