I. Job Summary
The Program Manager, Talent Management is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of talent management programs and initiatives(s). This role involves needs analysis, program design, evaluation, project management, and research on current trends and best practices related to talent management program(s). The role is responsible for making recommendations for improvements or additional programs in their area of expertise to help build the core capabilities and enhance the productivity of the organization’s employees in the area of talent management.
This rile uses project management, strategic communication and relationship building skills to drive the creation and adoption of talent management solutions, by managing the planning, project operations, and stakeholder communications for company-wide talent management solutions.
II. Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience
Experience: 5 years’ experience in Talent Management, Learning or Organization Development and experiences with Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Career Pathing, and Competencies (in addition to education requirement).
Should also have experience project managing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
