WonderBeez Hiring for Part-Time Math Teacher Job at Remote Full Time

WonderBeez (www.wonderbeez.com) is an online math learning platform that offers live and interactive classes for grades K through 5. Our math programs are designed to provide a unique multi-modal, multi-sensory learning experience to kids.

We are looking for part-time math teachers who will teach math to students in grades K through 5 virtually. You will also utilize your teaching experience to fine-tune the curriculum and teacher’s training process by working closely with the curriculum development team.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Teach math for students in kindergarten to 5th grade online; observing students and how they deal with hands-on activities and understanding what kind of challenges the students need to achieve the desired learning outcomes

• Regularly provide assessment results and feedback to parents according to the framework built by WonderBeez

• Provide inputs internally to improve the curriculum design and the teaching methodologies

• Experiment with the technical setup for the online classroom and work with the curriculum development team to figure out the technical requirements for a hands-on learning experience

Requirements for the role:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree

• A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience

• Valid teacher’s certificate (either active or expired)

• Excellent English communication skills

• Preferred availability: 2-5am, 1-9 pm PST on weekdays and/or 9 am-noon PST on Saturdays

A freelancer/ teacher with online teaching experience and a passion for math education would be ideal for this role. This role offers a great learning opportunity with mentorship and supervision. The position is 100% remote, and we are open to working with anyone who is a resident of the US or India and eligible to work in these respective countries.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
