About the role
You will assist our supply chain with ensuring we have enough materials on-hand to complete a wide variety of wood ceiling project sizes and scopes.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Assist in the tracking of materials to ensure they match needs of the project
- To determine that goods and services are the appropriate quantity and quality
- Resolving conflicts and develop healthy working relationships with chosen vendors
Skills and experience needed
- This is a unique office-based role located inside our production facility. You will need to both be comfortable in an office environment as well the production environment which includes careful observation of your surroundings at all times
- Problem solving and the ability to think on your feet is a must. Things can go wrong with materials in an instant and you need the ability to perform a correction on the fly
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Concerto are a plus but we are willing to train as well
