Position Summary: Assist with the management of daily HR functions in partnership with leaders in our senior living communities throughout the state.
Position Essential Functions:
Administers company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
Collaborates on the development and implementation of policies, program, and practices including recruiting and onboarding, employee performance and engagement, HRIS, compensation and benefits administration.
Teams up with consulting office staff and community leadership members to assist with implementation of new services, problem identification and resolution, and fiscal responsibility.
Supports and assists leadership with administration of periodic activities including communications, audits, disputes and claims.

. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and/or relevant experience preferred.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
