WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Business Leadership team is looking for someone with a passion for the marketing industry. The work we do on USPS requires structure, proactiveness, constant communication and the promise to continuously deliver good work. This team works best when everyone is dedicated to the work so it is crucial that the new Account Executive projects that enthusiasm and work ethic as well. We are a work hard, play hard team!

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Responsible for supporting multiple teams, clients and internal projects
• Ownership of smaller projects including developing timelines, job starts, briefs, etc.
• Develop client relationships over time ensuring they feel your support and dedication to the business including understanding the competitive landscape
• Solicit and provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely manner
• Develop full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision
• Create estimates with understanding of fee structure and client parameters
• Establishes effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams
• Utilizes agency resources appropriately and efficiently
• Mentors more junior team members as required
• All other duties as assigned
• Supporting Momentum’s values by being an engaged employee of the team and agency culture

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

• 1+ years of agency experience
• Previous experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
• A passion for Marketing and Account Management – you know this career is for you!
• Solid communication skills – written and verbal
• Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
• Proven success in project management and in a client-facing capacity
• Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team
• Demonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
• Demonstrates knowledge of financials; billing reports, invoicing, financial maintenance on projects/clients and are able to generate estimates.
• Must be proactive with the ability to work both independently and with multiple teams
• Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time efficiently between accounts and projects.
