Summary:
Responsible for providing comprehensive support in all areas of Human Resources services, including the daily activities of the Human Resources department as well as serving as the primary administrator of benefits programs.
Job Duties:
Education/Experience/Skills:
Position minimally requires a High School diploma/GED and 8 years of progressive HR experience. A Bachelor’s degree and with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience preferred. Requires at least 2 years’ experience administering employee benefit programs, general recruitment, compensation programs, and policy and procedure interpretation. Relevant experience gained within the biotech or life sciences industry strongly preferred.
Position also requires:
Occasional travel may be required, including travel between Xencor’s Pasadena and San Diego offices. Work for this position is generally performed at Xencor’s worksite and requires full-time commitment.
Expected Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $93,000.00
The actual salary will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, including skills, competencies, education and experience.
