XML International Hiring for LTE Network Engineer Job at Remote Full Time

Ability to work independently or with a team of engineers to perform RF network optimization activities during network rollout phase.

Radio planning and optimization of LTE network to troubleshoot and improve KPIs Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of Network Quality problems

Strong Knowledge of LTE and UMTS Layer 3 Messages Provide support to customers in the field of expertise

Able to work with Project Managers to accomplish

Cluster optimization and cluster launches

Familiarity with Actix, Edat Familiarity with TEMS

Familiarity with troubleshooting network issues with

Drive Test data Analysis of neighbour relations and suggestions to improve Neighbour lists

Familiarity to compare on field network coverage and quality with proposed design

Analysis of existing underlay UMTS / GSM Network Prior knowledge of LTE Technology Required

Prior Experience of LTE Optimization Required Familiarity to troubleshoot Network issues with QXDM logs and Enode B Logs

Familiarity to troubleshoot TCP / IP Issues using Wire Shark
