THIS IS A 100% WORK FROM HOME REMOTE POSITION
Responsibilities
- Conduct career counseling assessment reviews and guidance via phone, in person and web.
- Mentor and job coach new hires
- Resume training, review and support
- Interview, training, and coaching
- Help ensure local program runs smoothly and customers (companies) are satisfied.
Qualifications
- Must have call center or telemarketing experience.
- MS Office including MS Word and MS Outlook
- Must have own computer
- Ability to work independently
- Must be disciplined, motivated, energetic self-starter with a positive attitude
- High level of professionalism
- Prioritizes and plans work activities, use time efficient
Nice to Have
- Human Resources, Vocational Rehabilitation, or recruiting experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
