Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Preference to candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in physician recruitment, healthcare, agency recruiting, and/or correctional facility staffing.
• Office 365, iCIMS, UKG, Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, DocuSign experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to students, faculty, and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize time management skills. Able to multi-task in a changing and deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work on complex problems where analysis requires an evaluation of various factors.

Responsibilities

Below is a list of your responsibilities as a University Relations Recruiter with YesCare:

• Coordinate university site visits, career fairs, and YesCare educational presentations.
• Coordinate facility site visits to include meeting with site administrators, key medical staff members, and tours of the facility. May be required to escort candidates’ on-site visits.
• Develop cost-effective and proactive recruitment strategies and campaigns including advertising, state/national medical organizations, specialty meetings, etc.
• Provide focused and expert recruitment efforts, build rapport, support field operations, and act as the YesCare Talent Acquisition ambassador.
• Develop recruiting relationships with relevant colleges, universities, trade schools, educational institutions, residency and fellowship programs, etc.
• Identify and evaluate trends in healthcare graduates including location conditions, economic conditions, and competitive landscape to develop innovative and proactive strategic plans to respond to these trends.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare degrees and certificate programs and community development programs.
• Refer qualified candidates to recruiting team and help facilitate interviews where necessary.
• Assist in the completion of special projects as needed.
• Ability to work with healthcare students and faculty and maintain confidentiality.
• Capable of developing and implementing integrative marketing and recruitment plans to reach recruiting goals.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude.
