Local Twin Cities Restaurant group that is looking to add an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented team member in the role of Office Manager and Human Resources Assistant. The Office Manager and HR Assistant will be a vital part of our team in supporting all of our teams in ensuring processes & systems are organized and streamlined as well as working collectively with corporate team on opportunities for additional ways to be more efficient and continue to develop our businesses objectives and teams.
In this position, the role will support multiple leaders and demonstrate a keen ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. You’re an extension of your leader, complementing their work style while upholding the Company values and demonstrating professionalism and leadership. You’ll offer a level of service that goes above and beyond the basics. You’ll successfully manage multiple priorities and processes while also having the ability to anticipate your leaders’ needs and proactively solve problems before they arise. Confidentiality, flexibility and exceptional time management will be key to keeping things running smoothly.
Responsibilities of this position:
· Assisting teammates in enhancing and improving existing processes and systems
· Provide operational support to our teams and vendors
· HR Support / Payroll Support
· Work with the recruitment of team members and conducting interviews.
· Overseeing general office flow and operations
· Executing and overseeing daily administrative tasks
· Maintain and work on ways to enhance our work culture
· Maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members, vendors, and guests.
ABOUT YOU:
· 2 + years of administrative experience or similar
· 2 + years of Human Resources assistance experience or similar
· Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate to a variety of levels, both internally and externally
· Flexible, resilient, and nimble; comfortable working “grey areas” that are constantly changing
· Accountable with a high degree of initiative ability to balance fluctuating workload and tasks
· Exceptional ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make decisions
· High attention to detail
· Experience using Microsoft Office
· High School diploma or equivalent experience
· Four-year degree preferred

Pay: $ 47,500 – $ 60,000 per year
