What you’ll do:
Create measurable goals and objectives for HR Coordinators that align with the overall people strategy
Develop and guide HR Coordinators with their current role and future aspirations by providing performance feedback and coaching, individual development and an engaging, high performance team atmosphere
Continuously have an eye for improvement and innovation to eliminate manual and duplicate processes
Proactively assist with change management pertaining to how business changes impact the workload, processes, and morale of the HR Coordinator team
Create and track reasonable SLAs for deliverables (emails, tickets, phone calls, etc.)
Actively involved in reviewing HCM systems for data integrity
Serve as a point of escalation for teammates for routine questions. Partner with manager and internal stakeholders to deliverable scalable solutions.
Train and onboard all new team members
Ensure all procedures are properly documented in an SOP and update SOPs as needed.
Manage special projects as they arise based on business priorities
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of leadership experience and a proven track record of developing and promoting non-exempt team members
Experience providing employee or customer service in alignment with our Core Values
Proven success at owning initiatives from start to finish in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Strong ability to diagnose problems using critical thinking skills and identifying and driving appropriate solutions
Demonstrated ability to partner with different levels of the organization, across multiple locations, to achieve results
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Proficient with all Microsoft and Google products relevant to the role
Bachelor’s degree preferred
6 months to a year of HR related experience is preferred
Experience with HRIS systems and integrations (Workday, ADP, Oracle, etc) is preferred
