In addition to hiring the future leaders of this next generation, we nurture early talent and close skills gaps for targeted demographics and facilitate an outstanding internship experience.

About the role

The Programs Team is in search of a new Program Manager to:

• 
  Develop the strategy around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts within the Early Talent recruiting function and enable our campus recruiters to source, interview, and hire early talent with a DEI first approach.

• 
  Increase awareness of the Early Talent Recruiting function internally and externally by solidifying cross functional partnerships and branding Early Talent as a primary pathway for top talent.

You will collaborate with Equity & Belonging, Affinity Networks, Campus Recruiting, Employer Branding, L&D, and Zillow leadership to bring these programs to life. In addition to bringing new programs to life, you will continually assess the impact of each program and focus on scaling programs that elevate how we attract, hire, and retain talent that is representative of the early talent population. You will be a driver for change, awareness, operational excellence, and expansion, including:

• 
  Overseeing/supporting diversity recruiting strategy implementation through consultation with business leaders and campus recruiters

• 
  Nurture external partnerships with organizations to increase representation and develop pathways into ZG

• 
  Work cross functionally to:

• 
  Build brand awareness internally and externally

• 
  Strategize and enable campus recruiters to complete diverse conference strategy & partnerships

• 
  Drive development and scale new or existing opportunities around growing representation

Other responsibilities include:

• 
  Build, implement, and complete scalable diversity recruiting programs to increase representation across ZG

• 
  Actively participate in the execution of ZG’s overall diversity recruiting strategy

• 
  Coordinate programming for diversity recruiting campaigns to support historically underrepresented and underserved populations

• 
  Partner with hiring managers and other customers to increase internal awareness around diversity outreach and strategies aligned with Early Talent recruitment efforts

• 
  Develop and improve relationships with career services and other educators at HBCUs and HSIs

• 
  Partner with Employer Branding to develop content educating internal and external partners about Early & Emerging Talent services and offerings

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

• Clear and proven passion for equity and inclusion, with an affinity for diversity recruiting programs
• Experience building effective, small to large-scale diversity recruiting programs
• Dynamic communicator, catering communications to all levels of the organization
• Ability to influence optimally and promote execution of programs across multiple teams
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
• Proven track record of making data driven decisions
• The ability to take ideas and best-practices and turn them into actions
