ZimZee Recruiting is seeking a Cell Tower Foreman for its Telecom client in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a Foreman to lead a crew and assist on tower top or as RF technical lead. The candidate must be skilled in PIM and sweep testing as well as site troubleshooting, integration, and turn up.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining cell towers, small cells, DAS, and wireless.

Skills and Requirements:

• ATT experience and ATT integration
• Cell Tower Foreman: 2 – 3+ years
• ATT: 2 – 3+ years
• Must have a minimum of 7+ years of continuous experience as a tower tech or RF tech
• Verizon, T-Mobile integration experience a PLUS
• Must be willing to climb and have the ability to be Com Trained
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and MOPS
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and climb for extended periods of time
• Should have most certifications needed
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

• Manage crews in the performance of all aspects of cell tower lines and antenna work. Includes installing squids, proper use of antenna alignment tools, installing RRUs, and associated cabling
• Ensure safety standards and requirements are adhered to by crews and others in the operational area
• Ensure installations and crew progress meets quality and workmanship standards
• Responsible for required paperwork and familiar with basic computer-related tasks. Must ensure proper and timely job closeouts
• Ensure quality installation prior to turning over the site for completion
• Act as secondary lead with the ability to run a two-man tiger team for maintenance and troubleshooting calls
• Interact professionally with subcontractors, safety personnel, and customers
• Strong attention to quality and detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
