Zippin has developed the next generation of checkout-free technology enabling retailers to quickly deploy frictionless shopping in their stores. Zippin’s technology is being used by retailers on four continents to power checkout-free experiences in a wide variety of venues such as stadiums, offices, airports and train stations, convenience stores, hotels, convention centers and residential buildings.
In August of 2021, we closed a $30 million Series B funding round with participation from new and existing investors including OurCrowd, Maven Ventures, Evolv Ventures and SAP. This new round brings Zippin’s total funding to more than $45 million. This round comes on the heels of significant progress we’ve made in recent months, including signing numerous new accounts, launching multiple new public checkout-free stores, and further solidifying their leading technology within the future of retail.
Zippin is looking for a Project Coordinator for our Delivery & Onboarding team.
This role will be responsible for assisting project managers in the administration and management of Zippin Delivery & Onboarding projects. The successful person in this role will need to be an excellent communicator, teammate, and problem solver.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Delivery & Onboarding Project Managers to help facilitate efficient and successful store deliveries.
Lead onboarding conversations with customers and help navigate customers through the deployment and onboarding process
Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules
Proactively communicate project tasks, goals, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing project plans and ensure those plans are updated as required.
Document and follow up on actions and decisions from project meetings.
Clearly communicate Zippin requirements and perform quality control throughout each project to ensure those requirements are met.
Document accurate and complete customer details.
Identify areas for process improvement or gaps in existing documentation and document/share insights with team
Provide project administrative support as needed.
Occasional travel may be required as business needs dictate.
Requirements
1-3 years experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills
Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex systems
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
Detail oriented – able to drive down to the root cause of problems – add a hashtag with your favorite hobby at the bottom of your resume.
Strong problem solving skills
Nice to Haves
Experience with project teams supporting technology in hospitality or retail environments
Experience using Confluence and Jira is a plus
