Flood and Peterson is hiring an Associate Account Manager!

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide service to clients in conjunction with the Sales Executive, Account Executive or Senior Account Manager, while providing assistant level support to other team members’ books of business per the Account Assistant job description. Book: Automatic renewals and/or smaller accounts $5,000 – $10,000 revenue size.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities, but is expected to mentor new team members and lower level positions. Inform Supervisor/Manager of all matters that may give rise to an E&O claim.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INFORMATION

In addition to regular pay, this position is eligible to participate in our annual performance incentive program. Bonuses may be available for client and employee referrals and for successful completion of approved industry designations.
Starting pay for this nonexempt position is $23.00 – 28.00 / hour. Pay may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, commensurate with experience.

Education and Work Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
