Our suite of software spans the entire building lifecycle, providing unparalleled data and analytics to owners and operators and our platform is changing the way buildings are built. Our mission is to set a new standard of sustainable living while addressing housing affordability.
At SLI we believe that the world becomes a better place, one person at a time, and when a person helps another person, in that moment the world is a better place. We want everyone that SLI touches to be positively impacted, including employees of SLI, people that live in SLI buildings, and people that own SLI buildings. It all starts with helping each other.

Sustainable Living Innovations, founded in 2008 by two of Seattle’s leading architects, has developed a patent-protected building system and technology to deliver ultra-efficient, mid- and high-rise residential towers in the urban core. SLI buildings cost at least 10% less to build than comparable conventional buildings, perform with 20% to 30% lower O&M expense, and can be built on “orphan” lots — small lots that are difficult to develop economically with conventional buildings. From a sustainability perspective, SLI buildings are capable of economically achieving Zero Net Energy requirements.
