Role Overview
As an Administrative Unit Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between contracts, databases, and a collaborative team. Your role will involve processing incoming contracts, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate entry into federal government databases. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess will be key in maintaining our high standards.
Responsibilities
Process incoming contracts and ensure accurate documentation.
Collaborate with the team to answer starter questions and maintain a seamless workflow.
Generate and complete sections of checklists, keeping meticulous records.
Champion accurate contract entry into the federal government database.
Ensure contracts are up-to-date and consistently tracked.
Requirements
High school education with a passion for administrative excellence.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on admin and clerical experience.
Proficiency in typing and exceptional follow-up skills.
