The purpose of this role will be to support three Wilmington, Delaware client communities which will include a primary focus on achieving move-in and occupancy goals with an emphasis Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living occupancy. This may include providing coaching support to enhance prospecting activities, actively engaging in prospecting activities and participating with community teams for network and outreach activity including professional referral programs. This position will lead by example and coordinate the implementation of the sales and networking strategies developed in a team environment with Corporate Senior Living Marketing and Sales, on-site Admissions and Outreach Teams, community and corporate-based operations team and the marketing and advertising agency.
