Director of Business Development opportunity. This position will consult and drive sales and marketing efforts for our West Branch and Rose City locations.

The Director of Business Development will develop strong relationships with our centers. This role will assist with, designing, developing and driving cutting edge sales strategies designed to increase patient/resident admissions in the area of rehabilitating medically complex patients who require a stay in a healthcare setting. The Regional Director of Business Development is responsible for managing the admissions process in their assigned centers. This position supervises the Directors of Business Development in a dotted line capacity and directly for the Clinical Liaison’s in their assigned area. Build strong relationships with Villa centers, Admissions and Business Development staff, as well as well as referral sources and the communities of each Villa centers. This position requires extensive travel (80% or more) in the field (Detroit market), making presentations, assessing staff, marketing efforts of staff, and building long term relationships.
The Director of Business Development is responsible to ensure all centers expectations for quality mix, occupancy rates, conversion ratios, and admission of high acuity diagnostic conditions.
Qualified candidates must have SNF sales and marketing experience with a proven record. Regional experience is preferred.
