Supervises staff that independently performs various rating activities involving complex coverage for a variety of plans and programs. Analyzes issues to determine problem source as well as appropriate solutions. Provides customer service to policyholders through the production of policies to meet individual needs as well as the preparation, analysis and reconciliation. Leads/participates in complex projects, providing technical expertise. Provides functional guidance or training to less experienced employees. Provides management with input on rating issues and systems development support issues. Makes recommendations for process improvements to drive efficiencies. Executes and reports on approved process improvement plans.
