We are looking for aHuman Resources Business Partnerto join our team!
The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with business leadership to establish and implement systems for the business unit that ensure compliance with employment laws and USHG policies while also being fully aligned with our Family Values. This role will be responsible for both ensuring compliance and continuing to enhance the employee experience in the business units to which they are assigned. They will also have a strong partnership with our Legal Team, our HRIS, Payroll and benefits teams, as well as our plan and product vendors.
