Elevate Holistics is an online cannabis clinic on a mission to bring a convenient, helpful, and safe solution to patients who are seeking to gain access to medical cannabis programs in their state. We are providing a compliant portal and all the necessary assistance a patient needs in order to become a medical card holder. By reducing the friction necessary to get a card, we are enabling patients a healthier way of living all from home.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be holding patient’s hands from the time they book an appointment to receiving their medical license when it comes to your inbound call blocks. 40% of our patients are referrals for a reason…we inconvenience ourselves to ensure the patient experience is one to be remembered.

The duties include administrative support across the organization. Your tasks will be: answering the phone, distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls, answering texts, helping patients with their intake forms, and lastly, helping patients who visit the site by answering questions through our chat bot for potential clients.

To be a successful you must be empathetic, positive, strong with communication, and organized. You must be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner and handle disgruntled patients with care.

Ultimately, a Patient Care Coordinator’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the virtual front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with various duties from all levels of the organization in order to keep the company running smoothly. This could include anything from helping patients to helping colleagues. We are very growth-oriented and are looking for a team player!

Responsibilities: (blocks will switch throughout days)

Inbound Calls – Block 1

• Answer the phone:

• Help book appointments for those who need assistance

• Answer questions patients have about the process and anything else you know the answer to

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately

• Sell patients on why Elevate is their go-to choice.

• Informs patients & potential patients by answering or referring inquiries

• Submit support tickets when patients call or text in that they have an issue

• Call patients to help get forms in when their appointment is coming up

Team Communications – Block 2

• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

• Offer support to the full-service team and anything the Patient Success Manager puts on your “desk”

• Take responsibility for the team’s mess ups in the name of

Silent Support – Block 3

• Manage our text platform Zipwhip to delegate inquiries and answer questions

• Manage the live chat to answer questions and delegate inquiries

• Manage a spreadsheet of tasks for patients

• Every customer is a new and unique interaction

• Certain populations get anxious when dealing with technology and they require additional patience, compassion, and love.
