Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Summary The Human Resource Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and training employees on company policies, procedures and programs, administering training requirements and documentation, worker’s compensation administration, wage and salary administration, benefit plan administration, 401K administration, payroll processing, new hire on-boarding and terminations, and employee relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develops and administers various policies and procedures, including but not limited to, employee handbook. Plans and organizes all activities of the department. Participates with company management to develop goals, objectives, and recommends necessary changes.
Implements compensation changes; creates and updates job descriptions as necessary; participates in salary surveys, analyzes compensation; documents performance evaluations, revises as necessary.
Administration of medical, vision, dental, FSA and HRA benefits, FMLA, STD, LTD, COBRA and 401K.
Responds to unemployment claims, investigating and documentation.
Assist department managers in handling various disciplinary actions and attendance issues with employees. Participates in disciplinary or termination proceedings as necessary.
Coordinates and documents safety training requirements, GMP training requirements and quality assurance requirements. Works with internal and external resources to ensure requirements are met.
Seeks continuing education opportunities, training, webinars, or classes to keep up-to-date on changes in the legal and human resources fields. Consults with legal services as needed.
Education and/or Experience Minimum of two-year degree and/or equivalent experience of at least 3-5 years in Human Resources, HR Certification a plus. Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FMLA, FLSA and other federal, state, and local employment laws is required.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
