Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Solution Designer (RPO), you assume overall responsibility for the design of Talent and Transformation managed employee services solutions. Working closely with other architects, sales leaders and technical architects, you will analyze the HR business requirements for each client, support proposals by designing differentiated solutions that enable our client to transform how they deliver their HR services. You will be responsible for all components of the end to end solution, including processes and related technology covering contact center, workforce data management, benefits, compensation, learning administration and payroll processes. You will also incorporate talent acquisition and talent development administration solutions into an overall response.
Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Solution Designer (RPO) will target key clients within assigned industry or industries and develop relationships with key executives to help position services. You will lead sales engagements, selling solutions to complex business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Understand and translate the client’s requirements into an overall solution, proposal and cost estimate leveraging our offerings, standard processes and technology
Work with other architects (HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, applications, infrastructure etc.) and operations staff to ensure an appropriate solution is designed
Develop the financial solution for a deal based on client requirements
Perform a wide variety of financial analyses.
Develop solutions with passion to be essential and create an impact for the client and the organization
Assess the inclusion of technologies such as virtual agents, robotic process automations (RPAs) and Intelligent workflows to deliver exceptional outcomes and differentiation
Collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure services are agreed to, develop solution assumptions and that the transition effort matches the scope
Lead teams to create application implementation road maps and provide technology and architecture recommendations
Provide thought leadership when applying methodologies, envisioning, and prioritizing requirements, as well as managing architectural project elements and setting direction for responses to our clients
Support client negotiations to market proposed solutions to senior client executives, including CEO, CFO, CIO, Boards of Directors, and Evaluation Committees.
Act as the single point of client contact for all activities at his/her assigned account(s)
Build trust and personal responsibility in all interactions within the organization and with the clients
Reinvent and create new opportunities and approaches to “go above and beyond” on behalf of client and the organization
Ensure compliance with client and IBM data security, regulatory and legal requirements
Makes decisions on the scope of a deal and possible tradeoffs to win the contract, with overall responsibility for the final solution to the client, conducting customer negotiations on complex issues at the senior executive level
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Deep knowledge of the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Process Outsourcing offering. Ideal working knowledge of HR, payroll solutions in EMEA and North America.
Experience in pre-sales activities such as business case development and consulting projects with potential clients
Proven analytical and data segmentation skillset
Efficient with Microsoft Excel and strong financial acumen around data
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
HR service delivery experience, ideally within a BPO or HR outsourcing environment.
Managing relationships and networking across many different functions in a fast-moving business environment
Experience in conducting workshops and ideally, Design Thinking experience in leading client facing design thinking workshop.
Ability to develop a business case to determine feasibility of opportunity and consult with the team and client regarding the results and opportunities to adjust approach
Ability to understand, and modify as necessary, a client’s responsibility matrix and other contract documents
Ability to persuade various IBM groups to develop the best solution for a client
Ability to understand all of the solution elements (e.g., costs, responsibilities, SLAs, resource baselines, etc.) and the impact of a change to other elements
Ability to perform due diligence on the proposed solution
Ability to consult and interact with a client to collaborate on a viable solution
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong expertise and knowledge of RPO solution
Background in the design of Global RPO Solutions and their enabling technology
Ability to build, manage and advance a team-oriented environment is beneficial
Passion for all workforce related disciplines that would include Benefits, Payroll, Compensation Administration and Learning Development.
Strong IT skills, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Excel, Visio, Project applications and database applications
