Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Perform HR administration, including maintaining employee files, strategic and ad hoc reporting in ADP HRIS, and network drives.
Conduct new hire benefits orientation
Review and handle unemployment claims tasks, and other related documentation needed to support employee programs and processes.
Execute all termination processing, including drafting of documentation, reporting of termination details to key organization contacts, and coordinating all final day actions.
Proactively review and improve department processes, including documenting procedures, updating forms, and existing documents, ensuring all materials are correctly formatted, saved, and distributed to the HR team.
Administer LOA requests, and disability coordination with Senior HR Benefits Specialist
Oversee employee questions and coordinate employee support regarding Benefit matters
Serve as back-up benefits support to the Benefits Manager.
Provide administrative support to the HR team on various projects as requested.

Position Type:
This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
