AT&T has an opening for Associate Director Project Management to support the Pinnacle X Program in providing Program Management with telecommunications operation and maintenance.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The Associated Director Project Management shall fill the Pinnacle Program Management (PPM) position and will oversee the overall success of the program and ensure that the contractor designs, constructs, assembles, tests, and makes the proposed system fully operational on time and within budget. The PPM represents the contractor in all matters concerning the program. The PPM establishes the work schedule, defines, and allocates task assignment, monitors field installations efforts, evaluates work progress, and interacts directly with the Government program manager. Overall, the PPM is responsible for organizing, implementing, and completing the program’s requirements.
The PPM shall be required and must be able to perform the following duties:
Required Clearance:
Top Secret This position requires an active TS clearance to start work. Must be eligible for Special Access Programs as defined by classified contract parameters. (#topsecret)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and five years’ experience in telecommunications operations and maintenance with emphasis on managing telecommunications systems programs. Experience working with equipment vendors and carriers. Strong networking background with experience in WAN configurations. Experience with High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) enclosures and automated surveillance systems.
Desired Qualifications:
Comptia’s Security+ or comparable security certification as defined by DOD 8570 and a Master’s degree.
