Responsibilities

• Assist the Parts Manager to accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures and inventory control

• Work with the Service Department to ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs

• Assist with training and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals; handle stock order procedures

• Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally as needed

• Keep up-to-date on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures

• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location

• Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date

• Implement & carry out safety requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts position

• Toyota/Lexus experience preferred but not required

• Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus

• Excellent customer service skills

• Professional appearance and work ethic

• Detail oriented and organized

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
