By joining our company, you will have an opportunity to lead the human resources function for several businesses in Carrier’s Fire & Security Products business unit. Drawing on your experience and creativity, we are looking for an Associate Director, Human Resources, providing HR partnership for Access Solutions, including LenelS2, Supra, and Onity organizations, total employee population of 725:
The Associate Director, Human Resources will have responsibility for employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and engagement. In addition, the leader will play an integral role in aligning and driving the company culture through the delivery of programs focused on diversity and inclusion, salesforce effectiveness, and talent attraction.
It is a great time to join the Human Resources function at Carrier, with investments made in human resources technology and evolution in our HR operating model, including HR Operations and Communities of Expertise (CEOs).
This position reports directly to the Vice President, Human Resources for Fire & Security Products, and indirectly to the Managing Director, Access Solutions, located in Pittsford, NY.
Description
As a trusted advisor and influencer, this role will be focused on driving the execution of enterprise initiatives and business strategies. Trust, adaptability, credibility, and focus on results are key attributes for this role, with success measured on the resulting overall organization health and workforce engagement and successful implementation of key programs.

Education Required:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources
MBA/MS degree in Human Resources Management or related
Required Experience:
Incumbent must have 10+ years of demonstrated human resources expertise in a senior-level position and the ability to supervise and direct professional associates. Demonstrated ability to meet specific and measurable goals. Strong interpersonal and functional skillsets required, including excellent communication skills. Attention to detail, financial acumen.
Ability to work in Pittsford, NY (close to Rochester, NY), with travel to other sites, including Framingham, MA.

This position has one direct report in Salem, Oregon, who is directly responsible for Supra & Onity HR business partnership.
