A Plus Home Care Hiring For RN Case Manager/Supervisor at Milwaukee, WI  Full Time

Established Milwaukee Home Care Agency has opening for Registered Nurse Supervisor. The position has flexible hours ranging from 15-30 hours per week depending on your schedule and availability. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are not requiring  to perform any face to face home visits. All work needs to be done telephonically.     

We offer flexible hours, the ability to create your own schedule, and an option to do some work remotely from your personal computer.

The qualifications and duties include the following:  
 

Qualifications:
 

1. Current licensure as a registered nurse under s. 441.06, WI Stats.
2. Training and experience in the provision of personal care services or in a related program.
3. At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in personal care services or in a related program
4. Strong communications skills.                                                                                                                                                                                      

Duties:
 

1. Conduct in-home assessments of client needs, and coordinate and manage all personal care services provided by the Personal Care Workers.
2. Perform duties and monitor workers in compliance with established administrative policies, regulatory requirements and quality of care provided.

$40.00 per hour
