Responsibilities
This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. In this role, you’ll partner with a leading pharmaceutical company one of Syneos Health’s long-term clients and most robust relationships.
The selected professional will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will:
(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following)

• Provide critical support promoting, educating the client’s product within an assigned territory
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and other promotional resources to respond to the day-to-day sales and strategy direction related to product promotion activity
• Create awareness of product to targeted Hematologists and Oncologists while ensuring pull-through and reimbursement education
• Engage in deep discussions with prescribers, engage in patient finding and tracking activities

Job Requirements
Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:


Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience required
• Rare Disease, Hematology and/or Oncology experience preferred
• Specialty Pharmacy and HUB experience preferred
• Strong clinical selling, pull-through and restrictive reimbursement product experience
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified
