Responsibilities:
The Market Operations Manager over the West Palm Beach market will strategically manage the operations of multiple clinics in their region to achieve United Vein Centers high-quality patient care standards and overall objectives. The Market Manager will work independently, providing direction and mentoring to the teams in their assigned market, while collaborating with Clinical Leadership and reporting to the Director of Market Operations to ensure success.
- Facilitate superior patient care and satisfaction as the top priority
- Independently provide leadership and guidance with direct oversight of the area clinic teams
- Ensure performance is aligned with key indicators and the overall growth strategy of the organization
- Hire, train and retain quality talent following best hiring practices.
- Manage environments to support healthy, productive cultures across teams
- Ensure clinics staff is current on processes, policies and procedures with continual support, coaching and performance assessments.
- Manage performance improvement plans to ensure standards are being met or exceeded.
- Conduct regularly scheduled provider and team meetings to continually share company initiatives and support team members.
- Performs clinic evaluations to ensure consistency of standards and quality aesthetics.
- Maintain equipment in accordance with safety regulations including OSHA.
- Ensure inventory and supplies meet clinic needs
- Oversee new center launches within geographic area.
- Manage employee payroll and HR related functions and documents in accordance with company policies.
- Support marketing initiatives in collaboration with clinic liaisons.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5 years direct management experience in a medical or clinical setting.
- Multi-location management experience required.
- Proficiency with office software (Preferably ECW/EMR, MS Office, Teams, Teamwork, and virtual meetings).
- BA/BS preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and performance management.
- Master communicator
- Effective and efficient organization and time management skills.
- Confident, independent thinking, with strong decision-making abilities.
