One of Robert Half’s clients, a dynamic organization, needs a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter! One of the most important parts of your role as the Human Resources Recruiter is full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments. We are looking for a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow for our client. You will succeed at this position if you’re great at recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Highly-skilled and proactive Human Resources Recruiters will find this skill-sharpening role a great match. This contract-to-hire position is a great opportunity regardless of prior length of experience. This is a full time position with standard business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please note, this position is fully onsite.

– Participate in job fairs and networking events
– Managing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
– Undertaking various administrative duties
– Delivering and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms
– Administering interviews
– Drawing up and posting job opportunity advertisements
– Influencing internal recommendations
Requirements
– Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
– Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
– Administrative Assistance experience required
– Full Cycle Recruiting experience
– Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms is required
– The ideal hire for this role is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
– Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
