JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for strengthening recruitment practices by developing a comprehensive talent strategy. This position ensures recruiting processes align with current and future workforce needs by establishing relevant and best practice KPI’s for both exempt and non-exempt open positions. The incumbent is responsible for establishing and maintaining solid vendor relationships, implementing and executing recruitment plans, implementing budget efficiencies and documenting consistent process improvements. This position also serves as a brand ambassador and represents Mason Companies in the community and throughout the candidate experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES:

1. Establish talent strategy and bring recruiting excellence and industry best practice to Mason
2. Develop and deliver measurable KPI’s and associated reporting capabilities
3. Works cross functionally to develop project plans and execution of new initiatives to support company goals, including overall project management of seasonal recruitment needs.
4. Track advertising/recruitment spend to ensure effective ROI of recruitment dollars
5. Develop solid social media connections and utilize progressive digital recruitment tools
6. Work with VP HR to enhance employer brand in the community
7. Budget accountability for recruitment/advertising costs, including driving efficiencies/cost reduction
8. Direct recruitment of professional level positions
9. Oversight of recruitment team (seasonal and/or direct hire recruiters) and dotted line partnership with HR Business Partners in recruiting matters
10.Accountable to lead and drive continual process improvement initiatives to support the long-term success of Mason Companies by actively seeking out internal customer feedback
11. Inspire, motivate and develop staff to achieve and maintain high levels of engagement and satisfaction
12. Lead and cultivate a positive team environment and provide ongoing guidance and career development opportunities to direct reports
13. Responsible for individual and team performance management and conducting performance reviews; making employment related decisions as needed
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct department meetings.
2. Serve on various committees and project teams.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
1. Proven project management experience, including managing large-scale temporary recruitment efforts and/or seasonal hiring.
2. Demonstrated skills in developing best practice KPI’s, metrics and reporting.
3. Experience establishing and managing vendor relationships and advertising budgets.
4. Must be a subject matter expert in current recruitment and social media trends.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including strong presentation skills to all levels of management.
6. A motivated, decisive, self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
7. Must have a passion for providing superior service, innovation and thought partnership to managers.
8. Must be able to think and plan strategically while acting tactically to meet goals.
9. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to determine root causes and practice data-driven, informed decision-making.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field strongly preferred.
2. Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in a direct recruitment role; agency experience and/or direct work recruiting in a seasonal environment strongly preferred.
3. Experience working with HRIS/ATS technology/systems, digital and social media platforms and using progressive technologies to advance speed of hire.
4. Experience with conducting business process reviews, recommending enhancements, implementing solutions, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-track environment.
5. Experience managing 3rd party outsource relationships is strongly preferred.
