Operations Manager
Pacific Security, a division of Parker Corporate Services, has specialized in commercial and industrial guard and patrol security services since 1972. We are an innovative security company striving to provide first class customer service while working in an environment promoting professional integrity.
The Operations Manager position is multifaceted, combining a balance of customer relationships and employee management. With the ability work an active role both in the office and in the field. The position requires an individual who enjoys forecasting operational needs, developing teams, and managing day to day issues as they arise.
Responsibilities include:
· Manage new account start-ups and transitions, ensuring staffing levels are met, training and uniform issues are addressed, and physically participating in startup activities to ensure a smooth transition
· Support and develop new and existing client relationships
· Ensure oversight and regular use of financial reports to manage key performance indicators including overtime, open shifts, retention, average payrate, over/under hours, DLR%, Net Income, and ability to take emergency jobs
· Ability to lead employee management including hiring, training, coaching, promoting, and terminations
· Manage and execute incoming work requests; with the ability to develop and deliver proposals for potential clients
· Establish annual location budget, review monthly variances, and develop plan to meet budget targets and goals
· Write and maintain current site requirements and post orders
Position minimal qualifications:
· 5 to 10+ years management experience in such fields as Operations, Sales, Employee Development, or similar role
· Effective organizational and communication skills
· Proven problem-solving skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software

Starting Salary: $70,000 + $30,000 bonus opportunities
