Job Purpose
The HR Specialist/Recruiter will manage the recruitment of TLS and client’s recruiting needs by identifying needs, sourcing potential candidates, interviewing prospects while overseeing the hiring process from start to finish. The HR Specialist/Recruiter will manage the recruitment process to ensure employment of qualified employees meets company and client current and future needs.
