Position Overview:
Provide DAI support in a post go live environment. the form of leading training/support sessions and providing expertise in DAI functionality. The candidate should be proficient at excel and technical writing.
Must be proficient in at least one area of the following area of DAI: P2P (Procure to Pay) or O2C (Order to Cash)
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Develop and update training documents.
Provide one-on-one assistance to customers via phone, Teams, or in-person.
Attend virtual meetings and be a key contributor to the issues being resolved.
Must have excellent documentation skills including recording Meeting Minutes.
Provide project manager with weekly status reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of DoD experience
Knowledgeable in DoD financial management and accounting systems, regulations, and publications.
DAI experience required in P2P (Procure to Pay) or O2C (Order to Cash)
Education:
BA desirable
Candidates must be a US Citizen with capability to possess a CAC card.
Experience supporting Federal Financial Management business operations at a DoD government site
