Position Responsibilities:
Work with Hiring Managers to track positions across the company
Fill vacant positions in a timely manner
Create and maintain pipelines of candidates that are rich in diversity
Utilize data to effectively manage priorities
Partner with Hiring Managers to pro-actively understand workforce planning and forecasting activities
Seek continuous improvement to candidate and hiring manager experiences as well as the hiring process and the way we work
Ensure outstanding candidate and customer experience
This is a 100% recruiter roll, must be able to communicate and network effectively
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Experience partnering with executives and hiring leaders with an emphasis on service delivery and building a true business partnership
Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret and leverage multiple data sources and effectively communicate relevant information to partners
Exceptional influencing skills and ability to guide decisions
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and able to quickly shift focus on changing business needs
Detail oriented with the ability to simplify and frame information with the bigger picture in mind
Exceptional communication skills in setting clear priorities and direction for your team
Experience working and excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic and growth focused environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience posting jobs in an HRIS – Paycom system preferred
Knowledge of labor categories is strongly preferred
Recruiting experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) government contracting industry
