Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR specialists for assigned client areas to ensure compensation solutions meet client needs
Equip HR specialists and managers with required knowledge and tools to serve their client needs
Consult with HR specialists and managers to provide technical advice in the interpretation of compensation policies and procedures
Make recommendations regarding compensation policy direction
Provide leadership over a broad range of administrative activities associated with various compensation processes
Conduct job design, analysis, and evaluations of non-represented jobs, represented jobs, and supervisory jobs in assigned areas to determine relative job worth
Provide leadership over market pricing and analysis
Participate in the annual sales incentive design process
Lead various compensation projects and processes, as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or equivalent professional work experience; Certified Compensation Professional welcomed
8+ years compensation/human resources/business experience with 3-4 years in consultative roles
Demonstrated analytical, conceptual thinking, and quantitative skills
In-depth understanding of technical applications, including spreadsheet and database software tools
High level of communication, verbal, written, relationship, negation, and influencing skills
Proven effective project management skills
Knowledge of legislation relating to Compensation is preferred

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$93,500.00 – $140,300.00
