Responsibilities:
As Manager, Talent Acquisition – Doctor Recruitment you will make sure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones. You will also provide advice to your internal customers on recruiting, interviewing and improving the Candidate Experience. Some of your day to day actions may include:
Build the Doctor Recruitment team for our rapidly growing community
Designing a world class experience for candidates and managers alike
Continuing to build out and optimize our processes
Improving hiring manager interview skills
Ensure workload is balanced across the team and priorities are clear.
Maintain metrics to demonstrate the team’s performance.
Proactively source candidates for future hiring needs who match our workforce plan; increase number of candidates in talent community (database) for the markets where we anticipate in-year hiring.
Drive internal referral and job marketing strategy
Ensure our employment brand messaging is aligned on all forums both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience executing dentist decruitment pipeline generation strategies.
Bachelor’s degree
Solid experience with process improvement tools, SLAs, and recruiting metrics.
Strong knowledge of dentistry market required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must possess a strong desire to delight candidates and customers
Prior experience as people leader, preferred
Prior experience with iCIMS setup, preferred
Prior experience working in a startup preferred
