About the Role
As a Benefit Analyst II, you will partner with the BOKF Insurance (BOKFI) team to execute core functions required to manage financial analysis for specific accounts. You will manage the renewal processes and financial reporting for designated large businesses.
What You Can Expect
You’ll use your employee benefits industry knowledge to lead data collection, request for proposal process, renewal analysis, contribution modeling, benchmarking carrier negotiations and final client presentations. You’ll be a subject matter expert in carrier contract provisions, products, plan designs and networks.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
You’ll represent BOKFI in the marketplace by building and maintaining health carrier/vendor relationships.
You’ll create final presentation content for renewal meetings and attend and present at client meetings when necessary.
You’ll analyze data to recommend and drive internal deliverables.
You’ll create and deliver client reporting packages for health and welfare plans consistently.
You’ll develop customized financial analysis to meet the needs of our clients.
You’ll assist the team in due diligence projects for current and prospective accounts.
You’ll develop new templates and formats as needed to remain competitive or to address changing needs while maintaining department consistencies.

INSURANCE ACUMEN: Strong understanding of health and welfare plans, carriers and product offerings.

TECH SAVVY: You will leverage your computer skills by accessing multiple systems and learning our processes and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience in insurance or 11-13 years equivalent work-related experience.
