The responsibilities of this position will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Our HR specialist will be a technical and strategic partner to key business partners to support company business objectives and maximize employee experience. Primary areas of focus include benefit administration, time tracking and time off, employee recruitment, new employee onboarding, retention and payroll, as well as support for other functional areas as needed. The HR specialist will have responsibility for planning, risk management, task management, issue-tracking and resolution, interdepartmental and culture related communications, and on-time delivery of quality results. In this role you will provide strategic direction and oversight of the Company’s employee engagement & development programs, benefits, payroll/tax operations, and employment policy compliance. You will develop strategies and processes for efficient administration and education on the offerings provided to our employees and ensure excellent communication and employee engagement.
