Utilizing your customer service orientated approach you will be providing first level resolution for HR related queries such as:
Preboarding – Applicant queries, Referrals
onboarding – Employment Screening, Mobility, Psychometric Assessments
benefits
performance
learning
payroll and Leave
remuneration & Reward
requests from external customers / third parties
Your collaberative approach will used as you establish working relationships with key HR stakeholders and participating in projects and initiatives as required
Bringing your attention to details you will ensure all inquiries are logged in a case management system and updating case details as required, assigned cases are responded to within defined SLA and with a high level of accuracy and customer support as well as escalating and re-assigning cases to Tier 2, process owners or alternate teams as appropriate.
