The HR/Payroll Specialist is responsible for the preparation and verification of bi-weekly payroll for 650+ employees in MD, PA & WV locations. Will assist in daily HR functions such as FMLA, COBRA, Benefits,
New Employee Onboarding and other duties associated with human resources.
Must have 3-4 years of payroll/HR experience and preferable experience with Paycom HR/Payroll system.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, knowledge of accounting and clerical methods, ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, ability to make arithmetical calculations rapidly and accurately, ability to operate computer with Outlook and Office programs. Must be able to maintain confidentiality with all employee records.
