Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s Degree preferred in Public Policy/Administration, Urban Studies, Environmental Studies, or related field from an accredited college or university supplemented with months of senior level work experience reviewing and analyzing federally funded programs for a public housing, affordable housing or community development organization. A valid State of New Jersey Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is required.

Technical Skills
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point); dashboard/performance metrics design/evaluation.

To perform this job successfully, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position. Daily movements include sitting; standing; operating computers and other office equipment; moving about the office; and attending onsite and offsite meetings. The employee must be able to communicate via email and verbally via telephone. The employee must occasionally transport up to 15 pounds.
