Come make history in this newly created position, owning tactical and strategic workflow management, escalation management, performance management, training, and development for regional teams of Human Resources leaders supporting leadership and warehouse associates focused on delivering exceptional experiences for our team. This role will maintain a strong partnership with external key stakeholders and internal Site Leaders to resolve issues, identify gaps, and help to maintain HR standard work. This position will manage Regional HR Business Partners and HR Associates/Assistants delivering services to Warehouse Associates and site teams across the network. In addition, this position will lead strategic projects within the dedicated Region, leveraging resources from cross-functional teams to deliver results.
