The ideal candidate to be part of the Zemlock team will be comfortable meeting with and interacting with clients and candidates frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through discovery questions and evaluations. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. As a Direct Hire Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. You will also be responsible for advertising job positions on various online job boards and social media platforms along with the ability to attract passive candidates.
Responsibilities
· Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
· Conduct needs assessment meetings with clients.
· Conduct interviews via phone, in-person, and on video.
· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
· Serve as contact person for questions from candidates and clients.
· Meet weekly quotas related to calls, emails, candidate submittals and interviews.
· Full cycle recruitment process.
· Develop various recruitment strategies.
· Prepare candidate reports for clients.
· Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
Qualifications
· Experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or a similar position
· Experience in the Construction, Manufacturing and/or Production industry a plus.
· Effective communication skills
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
· High-energy and passion for the job
· Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
· Great listening skills
· Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems.
· Demonstrate a great knowledge of the overall hiring process.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
