The Workday/HRIS Specialist provides support in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, monitoring system performance, answering end user questions and partnering with functional and regional teams to deliver enhancements to Workday. Recommends and executes key system improvements through configuration, customization, and fit-gap analysis, vendor partnership and issue escalation. Creates functional/technical specifications, as well as test cases and scripts. The role requires knowledge of various Workday modules (HCM data and organizational structures, Compensation, Talent Management and Learning), advanced report creation, integration support, business process design and configuration and data management.
