Job Overview:
FE International are seeking a talented and committed Recruitment/HR Specialist to work on remote basis and to play a critical role in managing and assisting the company’s growth and additional hiring requirements.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruiting process including candidate sourcing for junior talent, assessment days, screening and onboarding;
Conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, and provide relevant feedback to candidates and Director of People;
Liaise with the hiring managers and help them define their needs;
Recommend ideas and strategies related to the recruitment of talent, ensuring alignment with the goals and culture of the company;
Assist with the development and administration of human resource programs, procedures, and guidelines.
Work closely with the Director of People and be the second point of contact for any HR related topics or employee relations;
Manage and maintain HRIS and administration for the department;
Take full ownership of the analyst programme, conducting 1:1’s and liaising with hiring managers of their progress;
Assist with the Learning and Development of each of the teams

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
Exceptionally detail-oriented and results- driven self-starter;
Have a strategic mindset and consultative approach;
Ability to prioritise work and manage
Experience and Education:
BS degree in Human Resources, Business, a related discipline; or equivalent professional work experience as a direct recruiter;
Experience using Application Tracking Systems;
Proficient in word and excel
Credible and resourceful.

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per annum OTE
